This is the latest addition to my risotto recipes and is definetly a keeper for special dinners with only nine ingredients. I don't make lobster dishes every day simply because it is quite rich and deserves speciality. Don't leave the corn out as it balances out the lobster and adds color and definetly don't forget the brandy!!!!!
